Description
Vinegret is a popular salad consisting of various raw and boiled vegetables: potatoes, beets, sauerkraut, pickles, carrots, beans or canned peas, onions and various spices. The main and mandatory ingredient in vinegret is beetroot. The dish is seasoned with vinegar and oil.
