Description
A great option for breakfast or dessert is undeniably syrnyky (the Ukrainian version of cheesecakes). They are very common throughout the territory of Ukraine because they have won the hearts of Ukrainian housewives thanks to their ease of preparation, nutrition, and incredible taste. Tender curd mass with sweet raisins is fried until golden brown. Cheesecakes are adored by everyone: both children and adults.
