Ukrainians have been making mlintsi (Ukrainian pancakes) for many centuries, since the times of Kyivan Rus. It’s a ready-made dish, but Ukrainians love to add various fillings. For example, it can be mlintsi with mushrooms or meat, cheese or salmon, cherries or poppy seeds. By the way, mlintsi with filling are called nalysnyky.
One portion contains 2 pancakes with filling (total weight – 170 grams).
