Salad Olivier got its name in honor of its creator, the outstanding chef Lucien Olivier. This famous chef managed the French cuisine restaurant “Hermitage” in Paris in the early 60s of the XIX century. In the middle of the 20th century, Olivier salad became very popular and conquered the hearts of many Ukrainians. We are sure that this dish will also conquer your heart!
