Very tasty bograch is a pleasure from the first drop in the mouth 😉
The soup has a very rich taste thanks to the meat broth. At the same time, the juicy bell pepper gives it a sweetness that is diluted by the sourness of the tomato. The name comes from the Hungarian word “bogrács”, i.e. “cauldron”. The recipe of the dish was born many centuries ago in the field kitchen because nomadic tribes prepared this soup. Today, this is an incredibly popular dish in Transcarpathia – the western region of Ukraine, located near the Carpathian Mountains.
Portion size – 450 ml.
We ship the soup chilled, so you’ll need to heat it up in the microwave, conventional oven, or on the stove.
